3.)  Edgar Freaking Renteria in 1997.
If only Nagy had been taller. Our best shot at a World Series championship since ’48. And who loses a World Series in extra innings!?

4.) The Fumble in 1987 AFC Championship Game
Good season by Earnest Byner that year. Or that’s what many have said over the years. But he still fumbled on the only play of his season that mattered.

5.) The Drive in 1986 AFC Championship Game
98 freaking yards Elway took his team in the last minutes of the 4th quarter.

6.) Red Right 88 in 1980 AFC Playoffs
Sipe had an amazing year. But like Byner, the most important pass of that year was intercepted.

7.) The Shot
This one might have dropped down people’s lists since the Cavs won it in 2016, but to hear people use it as part of the argument that Michael Jordan is the GOAT adds a little more fuel to the fire.

8.) 2016 World Series
A little over 4 months after the Cavs broke the curse, it seemed like the Indians were destined to win once Rajai Davis’ swing tied the game. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be.

9.) 2015 NBA Finals
After watching Matthew Delladova almost single-handedly give us a 2-1 lead, and almost being up 3-0, it was devastating to watch this one slip away.

10.) 2007 ALCS Collapse
Up 3-1 over the Red Sox, and their star hitter, a guy named Manny Ramirez says it doesn’t really matter if they win or lose, and sure enough they lost. Btw they alos blew a 3-1 series lead in a much more crucial series in 2016…the World Series
